Dr. Anu Sheth, MD, FAAP
Dr. Anu Sheth – the founder of PAL – has been practicing pediatric
medicine since 1995 after completing her residency at the University of California
Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center and receiving her medical degree from Southern
Illinois University. Prior to starting PAL, she was the lead physician for
Egleston Children’s Health Care System’s Outpatient Clinic. Her
interests include nutrition and fitness, bicycling, running, and traveling
with her
husband and daughters. |

Dr. Anna Lawson, MD, FAAP
Dr. Anna Lawson joined PAL in May 2000 after working for
Egleston Children’s
Hospital for 5 years. She has been practicing pediatric medicine since 1990
after completing her residency at Duke and receiving
her medical degree from Ohio State.
Exercise, reading, her husband and three children keep her happy and busy. |

Dr. Christian Messick, MD, FAAP
Dr. Christian Messick joined PAL in July 2002. After graduating from the Georgia
Institute of Technology, he received his medical degree and completed his specialty
training for pediatrics through the Emory University School of Medicine. He
pursues various interests outside of medicine and most enjoys spending time
with his family. |

Harriet Wellborn, RN, IBCLC
Harriet Wellborn – PAL’s Lactation Consultant – has
been counseling nursing mothers for 30 years to promote health
and wellness in both mother and child. She is certified by the
International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants and is
available for consultation. |

Elizabeth Hunter, RN,
CPNP
Elizabeth Hunter joined PAL in September 2006. She has worked in pediatric
care since graduating from the University of Florida in 2002 where she received
both her bachelor's and master's degree in nursing with a specialty in pediatrics.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, watching football, and spending
time with her husband, family, and friends. |

Make
an Appointment with PAL
PAL’s office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm,
and most Saturday mornings. We see patients by appointment
only for health checks, consultations, and sick visits. Saturday
appointments are reserved for patients with acute illness.
For sick visits, please call as early in the day as possible
so that we can evaluate your child.
