Within the Patient Portal, you will be able to request prescription refills for patients 24/7. Please note, a provider still must confirm your request, which may require an appointment.

Need medical or immunization records for school or sports? You can now download & print or email all relevant medical records online, immediately, all free of charge in the Patient Portal.

APPOINTMENTS
Once registered, you can now request Well Child Check Up appointments online. While we do our best to accommodate requests, your appointment is not fully booked until you receive a confirmation email from our staff.
