PAL's normal office phone hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM

What to do?


If you feel that your child is having a medical emergency, please dial 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. 


Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

Scottish Rite & Egleston are open 24/7, 365 & are the best place for seriously ill children to be evaluated. They can handle anything, though waits can be long, and visits to emergency departments can be very expensive for families.

Gwinnett Medical Center has a pediatric ER that is staffed by pediatricians and is a good choice for emergency care.
